Jay Miletsky is CEO, Executive Creative Director at Mango! Marketing. A 15-year veteran in the marketing and branding industries, Jay has spearheaded campaigns and strategies for companies including Hershey’s, Kraft, JVC, Washington Mutual, StreetGlow, United Health, and others.
Jay is an accomplished author, having written ten critically acclaimed books (Cengage Publishing), including Perspectives on Marketing, Ways to Successfully Market Yourself and Principles of Internet Marketing – a college textbook which has been adopted by top universities across the country. Most recently, Jay has worked with Bonin Bough (Global Director of Social Media Marketing, PepsiCo) and Steph Agresta on the publication of Perspectives on Social Media Marketing (due on shelves summer, 2010), and has begun writing Hybrid Marketing, scheduled for December, 2010 publication. Other writing includes blog and article contributions to The Bulldog Reporter, Digital Output Magazine and others.
Jay speaks at a variety of institutions, assuming a role a guest professor at NJIT, Pratt, College of St. Elizabeth and Ithaca College. His work with students helped them gain a deeper appreciation for the complexities of marketing, the value of branding, and an understanding of the inner workings of the marketing industry. Other public speaking has included seminar and panel sessions for organizations including SRI, IIR, NAB, Brandhackers and others. Jay’s seminar topics range from “The Importance of the Brand” to “Hybrid Marketing: The Power of Mixing Traditional and Social Media Marketing.”
Jay is a member of BMA and the NJ AdClub. He is a graduate of Brandeis University.
