		<description>I agree. For those who may not necessarily have social media marketer etched on their job description, there is always that apprehension. But I likened it once to putting a phone on an employee&#039;s desk and trusting that employee to not abuse the &quot;free&quot; calls or be abusive to customers etc. It comes down to the relationships one has with staff and the trust factor, and also on management.</description>

If we really have to make employees update Companies information on social networks, we should first make them aware how beneficial would that be for both when involved in SMM! Also they shouldn&#039;t feel it as an extra work to them and as an owner we should make them active to readily participate in social networks! But how? It totally depends on the management of your employees,business and work!</description>
